Standard Chartered Bank and Prothom Alo Inter School & College Programming Contest

A competitive programming event entitled, "Standard Chartered Bank and Prothom Alo Inter School & College Programming Contest" was hosted by Chittagong Independent University on 3rd October 2019. This prestigious event was separated in many phases like regional workshops, school- college activation, online and on-site programming competition and so on. More than 100 teams have been registered for the final contest from where only 50 teams finally selected to participate in the final. The programming contest was held at Network simulation lab, Multimedia lab and Communication lab at CIU premises. The Honorable Vice Chancellor of CIU, Professor Dr. Mahfuzul Hoque Chowdhury was present as the Chief Guest and distributes prizes and medals among the winners. Bitopi Das, Head of Brand and Corporate Media,Standard Chartered Bank and Bishwajit Chowdhury Joint Editor, The daily prothom alo were present as special guests. The concluding event was hosted by Munir Hasan, Editor, Youth Program, The Daily Prothom Alo.
